Week 4, Day 3 - Take 2

Wahoo!! I did it! I actually ran the entire segment:

5 min warm up
jog 3 min.
walk 90 sec.
jog 5 min.
walk 2-1/2 min.
jog 3 min.
walk 90 sec.
jog 5 min.
5 min. cool down

I am really proud of myself. I was really struggling with this one. The next one is going to be challenging as well, but now I know I can run for 5 minutes straight without stopping!! Yeah!!
